untitled unmastered is a recopilatory album, released by Kendrick Lamar on March 4, 2016. The album consist of mostly unused tracks from the To Pimp A Butterfly recording sessions. Three of the tracks on this album were heard by the public in the 2016 Grammys Award Shows, but the intention wasn't to release them. However, after the performance in the Grammys, LeBron James talked to the head of Kendrick Lamar's record label and asked for the released studio versions of the album. After a week this album was released.
